Adam Fleury, principal/owner of Breakwater Development LLC. has been in the development and construction business for over 15 years. He graduated from Bentley University majoring in Marketing and Management.
Adam has vast experience managing all facets of the building process ; including land acquisition, project management, construction financing, budgeting, and scheduling. He has completed dozens of development projects over his career, ranging from custom new construction homes, gut renovations, and land development/permitting projects. Adam also has experience in multi unit residential projects, owning/developing several multi family properties.
Adam resides in Hingham with his wife and two sons, where he has completed several luxury projects. He uses his experience and broad network of skilled craftsmen to supply a high end finished product that is unmatched in today’s market. Having spent his whole life in New England, Adam has developed substantial knowledge of the local real estate market, architecture, and building trends. This is reflected in Breakwater Development’s high end design and finishes; in each and every one of their projects.
